Onboarding process

We will teach you all the techniques of washing cars, so no past experience is required.

Frequent questions

WHAT KIND OF COSTS DO I HAVE?

When working in the UpSteam night-shift you don't have ANY personal costs. Because we provide you with a car, then you don't have to spend your personal money on gas, insurance, maintenance, etc. All working supplies are provided by UpSteam. The only thing you need is a EU driver's license with 2+ years of driving experience.

HOW DO I GET PAID?

You make money for each work minute (driving + washing), plus you make bonuses for good quality, working more, etc. Payments are made once every month by the 8th date.

How long are the shifts?

Your shifts are as long as you want them to be, but minimum shift lenght is about 4 hours, depending on how fast you can wash our minimum daily requirement of cars. The more cars you wash, the more you make, but the maximum shift length is by 6AM the next day.

What is the minimum shift requirement?

You need to pick up at least 12 shifts every month. You can pick the dates yourself, and the lengths are also flexible. We sign up work-schedules 1 month ahead of time. When you pick a shift, then you're commiting to that day.

What if i dont have a car?

You dont need a personal car for working the night-shift. We use customer's cars for transportation. All you need is a valid B-category European driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience.

how does the work-day look like?

• You can start work from home.
• You find the closest customer car to your home
• Come pick up washing gear from our base.
• Wash the car inside & outside
• Move to the next car
• Repeat until you've completed your shift
• Take back the washing gear to our base
• Use the last car to drive back home.
